Parking
Parking is available in the 350 Oliver Avenue Garage.  There are two parking garage entrances, use the one with the UPPER ramp. (pictured). Click here for information on rates and other garages in the area.

Check-in
After parking, make sure you leave the garage on the Oliver Avenue side.  The Lumiere lobby is located right beside the parking garage lobby (exit onto Oliver Avenue and make a left).

Tour Tickets
Tour tickets are valid for one-time use only on any of the following days:

• Friday, February 21: Public Tours, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Saturday, February 22: Public Tours, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Sunday, February 23: Public Tours, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Tuesday, February 25: Public Tours, 11 am – 2 p.m. & 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Friday, February 28: Public Tours, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Saturday, February 29: Public Tours, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• Sunday, March 1: Public Tours, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Check-in and tickets sales will close 30 minutes before the tours end each day.

Tour tickets can be purchased onsite for $15 each.  Tickets are required for children ages 2+ (children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult; strollers must be left on the 1st floor).

Event Tickets
Dine & Design tickets are valid on Wednesday, February 26, 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. only.  And Ultimate Open House tickets are valid on Thursday, February 27, 5:30 p.m. –8 p.m. only.  Both the Dine & Design event and the Ultimate Open House are 21+.

Restrictions
Stiletto heels are not permitted in the Ultimate House.  Courtesy slippers are available if needed.

Pictures
Yes, you can take and share pictures of the Ultimate House (don’t forget to tag Pittsburgh Magazine and #PMultimate).

Tours
Tours are self-guided and include the Ultimate House luxury terrace penthouse on the 8th floor and the resident lounge and rooftop deck on the 17th floor.  A map and sponsor product guide will help to identify the furniture, artwork and finishes that you’ll see in the space.  Event sponsors will also be onsite to answer any questions you may have.

Ultimate Raffle
In addition to 100% of ticket proceeds, all proceeds from the Ultimate Raffle also benefit the Free Care Fund at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh.  Raffle prizes include autographed Penguins and Steelers jerseys, overnight stays at local hotels, restaurant and retail gift certificates, event tickets and more.  Tickets are 25 for $20 and can be purchased on the 17th floor of Lumiere.
