Meet Everest!

Just like her namesake, Everest is ready to climb her way right into your heart. This sweet girl came to us through a coalition transfer when another shelter was running low on space, and now she’s patiently waiting for her perfect home.

Everest is a medium-energy pup who enjoys getting out and about but also knows how to relax once the adventure is over. She can be a little enthusiastic, so she’d thrive in a home that’s excited to keep working on positive reinforcement training and leash manners—she’s eager to learn.

She would do best in a home with children six and older. When it comes to other dogs, Everest can be a bit timid at first, but with a proper introduction, she could potentially live with a canine friend pending a successful meet and greet.

If you’re looking for a loving companion who’s ready to grow with you and reach new heights together, Everest might just be your perfect match. Fill out an application at: https://ow.ly/zisO50VVXlW. All of our animals are altered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccines before being made available for adoption.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our animals in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
