Since 2017, Pittsburghers have shown they truly have hearts of black and gold as they have contributed more than $12 million to hundreds of nonprofit organizations through Pittsburgh Magazine’s Give Big Pittsburgh.

This year’s 24-hour Give Big Pittsburgh will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 29, as donors contribute to more than 500 registered nonprofits throughout the city. Pittsburgh Magazine has partnered once again with the GiveGab online platform to provide a simple way to connect donors to the charitable causes they care about most.

More than 500 Pittsburgh-area nonprofits are registered and ready to receive your donations through a single online donation platform,

“Each year, the residents of Pittsburgh step up to the plate and support our incredible nonprofit organizations that continue to make a difference for those in need,” says Pittsburgh Magazine Vice President and Publisher Betsy Benson. “We have no doubt they will continue this trend of generosity on Tuesday.”

Even though Giving Tuesday is a one-day event, the Give Big Pittsburgh portal will remain open for donations through Dec. 31.
