From what we can tell, this sweet guy has had a bit of a confusing life so far – he was initially found as a stray and spent quite a bit of time at another facility before coming to us at Animal Friends. Now that he’s here, we are spending time making him feel comfortable, and hoping to find a great adopter for him! RJ is very friendly and social, but he could benefit from some training, so we believe he would do best in a home with adults or older children. He can also be a bit selective about his dog friends. No cats or small dogs, please!

Each of our dogs has received a thorough medical examination, is current on all appropriate vaccinations (including rabies) and has been microchipped and spayed or neutered.

Animal Friends is open for adoption by appointment only, please email our Adoption team at AdoptionInfo@ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org to set up a time to visit.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our dogs in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
