Pittsburgh Pet of the Week: Phoenix

This gentle, sweet girl has plenty of energy and really enjoys squeaky toys. Make an appointment to meet her at Animal Friends.

Phoenix

Breed: Terrier, American Staffordshire| Sex: Female
Age: 4.9 years | Weight: 57.6 pounds
Arrived: March 4, 2021

This sweet girl came to Animal Friends when she was no longer the right fit for her family. Phoenix has plenty of energy and really enjoys squeaky toys. Phoenix would like to be the only pet in her new home so that she can have all of the love and attention for herself. She also can live with kids at least six years old. She is gentle, sweet, and loves butt scratches.

Each of our dogs has received a thorough medical examination, is current on all appropriate vaccinations (including rabies) and has been microchipped and spayed or neutered.

Animal Friends is open for adoptions by appointment only, please email our Adoption team at AdoptionInfo@ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org to set up a time to visit.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our dogs in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
