Pittsburgh Pet of the Week: Grindylow

Grindy is a seven-month Pittie who is looking for a forever home. Make an appointment to meet this handsome guy at Animal Friends.

Grindylow

Breed: Terrier, Pit Bull | Sex: Male
Age: 0.7 years | Weight: 47.5 pounds
Arrived: December, 21, 2021

Grindy has plenty of energy and needs a home that is willing to continue working on his manners. We think that Grindylow would do best in a home with kids 13+. He could potentially live with another dog pending a meet and greet at the shelter. Grindylow must go to a home with a very experienced owner and his new family will need to come to at least two meet and greets at the shelter before adoption.

Each of our dogs has received a thorough medical examination, is current on all appropriate vaccinations (including rabies) and has been microchipped and spayed or neutered.

Animal Friends is open for adoption by appointment only, please email our Adoption team at AdoptionInfo@ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org to set up a time to visit.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our dogs in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
