This big guy came to Animal Friends through a transfer with another shelter. General needs some positive reinforcement training to help him learn better manners and how to walk on the leash. He also could live with another dog but can be a little selective with who his dog friends are. He would do well with an experienced family and with children at least 13 years old.

Each of our dogs has received a thorough medical examination, is current on all appropriate vaccinations (including rabies) and has been microchipped and spayed or neutered.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our dogs in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
