Pittsburgh Pet of the Week: Freesia

This guy is just under a year old and has lots of energy. Make an appointment to meet him at Animal Friends.

Freesia

Breed: Pinscher, Doberman/Terrier, Jack Russell| Sex: Male
Age: 0.8 years | Weight: 34 pounds
Arrived: March 4, 2021

Freesia was returned to Animal Friends when he was no longer the best fit for his family. Freesia needs some help learning his basic dog manners, so would do well in a home that would give him plenty of training. Freesia has lots of energy and needs a positive way to release it. Freesia would do well with kids at least 13-years-old and he can be a little selective with other dogs.

Each of our dogs has received a thorough medical examination, is current on all appropriate vaccinations (including rabies) and has been microchipped and spayed or neutered.

Animal Friends is open for adoptions by appointment only, please email our Adoption team at AdoptionInfo@ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org to set up a time to visit.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our dogs in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
