Your shot to win HGTV’s Smart Home is here — and its location is a familiar one.
Last week, HGTV released a short video revealing Pittsburgh will be the home of its 2020 Smart Home. Praising Pittsburgh’s designation as one of America’s most liveable cities and as a center of medical and technical innovation, the video also pays tribute to the city’s three rivers, many bridges and culinary scene.
Previous Smart Home locations include Dallas, Texas; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Raleigh, North Carolina.
Built by Infinity Custom Homes — which recently won three awards in Pittsburgh Magazine HOME’s 2020 Best of Design contest, including “Best New Home: Interior Design” — the 2020 Smart Home features a blend of industrial and craftsman design.
Located in Wexford, it is outfitted in a classic, comfortable style with iron and metal accents. Being that it’s a Smart Home, it also will include the latest in state-of-the-art home design. Tiffany Brooks, who has been designing — and hosting the giveaway — for HGTV’s Smart Home since 2016, is the home’s designer.
Interested in living there? Starting at 9 a.m. on April 22, participants may enter the giveaway daily by going here.
