Adoptable & Adorable: Pittsburgh Pet of the Week: Goober

This 4-year-old has a lot of energy and is looking for a permanent, forever home. Make an appointment to meet him at Animal Friends.

Goober

Breed: Terrier, Pit Bull/Xoloitzcuintle (Mexican Hairless)| Sex: Male
Age: 4 years | Weight: 39 pounds
Arrived: August 4, 2020

Goober came to Animal Friends when his owner could no longer care for him. He has a lot of energy and would need a family that would find positive and productive ways to release it. Goober would do well with a family that has children at least 13-years-old and he needs to be the only pet in the home.

Each of our dogs has received a thorough medical examination, is current on all appropriate vaccinations (including rabies) and has been microchipped and spayed or neutered.

Animal Friends is open for adoptions by appointment only, please email our Adoption team at AdoptionInfo@ThinkingOutsideTheCage.org to set up a time to visit.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our dogs in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
