For realtor Hedy Krenn of Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty, there’s just something special about living in the heart of the Golden Triangle. While she’s listed homes in all corners of the city, Krenn says she was truly excited for the chance to market a condo in Lumière, located at 350 Oliver Avenue.

The building was developed by Lucas Piatt, who owns Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty and is developing Esplanade along the North Shore.

Among a crop of new construction condos, Krenn says this one edges out the competition for a long list of reasons.

The on-site amenities and prime location are what first attracted Sal to the one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo several years ago — first living in it himself, and then using it as a rental.

“I was drawn by the convenience and walkable Downtown lifestyle,” he says. “The neighborhood is becoming vibrant again, with so many great restaurants, as well as the Cultural District, there’s just so many things to do.”
