Derrick Maultsby Jr. has established an accomplished career in law as a managing associate attorney with Frost Brown Todd LLP — an achievement that he credits to the long line of mentors in his life, from his clients to his peers.

He pays it forward by making himself available as a community mentor. With scholarship programs at his alma maters Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Duquesne University as well as a grant program at Robert Morris University, Maultsby shares his expertise with the next generation of innovators.

He sits on five boards of community impact organizations and performs other volunteer work. Maultsby advises anyone who is interested in giving back to the community to start small, focusing on making a difference in even one person’s life.
