Sophia Ogiso is no stranger to the challenges of a busy life. In addition to being a full-time architectural designer, she also is a mother of two and is finishing up her master’s degree in architecture at Boston Architectural College.

Another part of her role is business development, and she is working toward expanding CannonDesign within Pittsburgh. She is enthusiastic about “building a culture of innovation,” an initiative she co-leads. She also started a business called Trusst Brands and channels all the experience and entrepreneurial spirit she gained into her career.

Outside of work, she participates in Pittsburgh Technology Council’s LAUNCH program, educating high school girls on career opportunities in the STEM field and teaching them how to be an entrepreneur.
