Through her company, Mosaic Soup, she’s now active as a coach and career consultant to help others develop and achieve fulfillment in their lives. Focused on helping early through mid-career professionals navigate their next step by aligning their actions and goals and getting unstuck, resulting in peak performance and fulfillment.
Mary is a frequent speaker on leadership and career transitions for non-profits and businesses.
As a community leader, Mary continues her longstanding work with several nonprofit entities in human services, health, and women’s leadership.
