You may have heard the story about Daylan McLee. While inside a home at a Father’s Day cookout in Uniontown, he looked outside and saw a police cruiser involved in a violent crash. He ran to help, pulling a trapped officer from the car before it caught fire. As if his heroic actions were not enough, McLee’s history with police makes the story, as told by CBS correspondent Steve Hartman, more thought-provoking than most.
