Ever wished you could share the screen with your favorite character on The Pitt?

Now is your chance.

The popular medical drama, which is filmed in Pittsburgh and Los Angeles, is looking for extras and background actors from the Pittsburgh region for its third season, with filming scheduled for Oct. 27-29.

According to Movie Extras Pittsburgh, the casting call is for the Pittsburgh unit only and consists of paid non-union background roles, mostly for folks 18 and older. The background roles include doctors, nurses and other medical staff; patients and hospital visitors; people riding bikes or electric scooters; construction workers; precision drivers; and people with cars, although the casting call specifies that the cars cannot be yellow or red.

The director is also looking for “a wide range of people to portray individuals living in an urban area,” according to the casting call. For this scene, the director is prioritizing folks with “weathered, lived-in faces” and “rugged, natural or unpolished looks,” aiming for a more everyday appearance rather than camera-ready or overly styled looks.
