First in Region Lamb Festival Coming to Pittsburgh

The city’s top chefs will prepare dishes made from Jamison Farm Lamb.

Western Pennsylvania is home to several of the most renowned lamb producers in the the world. One of those ranches — run by legendary lamb stewards John and Sukey Jamison of Jamison Farm in Latrobe — is supplying its celebrated product for a first-in-the-region lamb cook off this weekend at Ace Hotel in East Liberty.

The chefs are divided into nine teams and will battle it out in a contest to see whose dish is top of the flock.
