The Steelers’ Biggest Annual Charity Event Returns
The event will blend football, fashion and fundraising.

The pre-season may have just begun for the Pittsburgh Steelers, but the team is already planning to give back in a big way.
On Aug. 4, the Steelers announced the annual Steelers Style fundraiser will take place at 6 p.m. on Oct. 9 at Stage AE. The team’s largest annual charity event, the fundraiser is known for its legacy of football, fashion and giving. The proceeds benefit the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program, Cancer Bridges and the Chuck Noll Foundation for Brain Injury Research.
According to a press release, this year’s theme is “Forged for the Gridiron: Runway Ready, Gameday Inspired.”
The event “pays tribute to Pittsburgh’s enduring identity as a tough football town,” reads the release. “A signature fan experience, the event combines fashion, football and community impact by bringing together the Steelers organization, supporters and partners.”
Models will be highlighting this season’s latest fashion trends, provided by local retailers and featuring national and international fashion brands.
As is customary, two Steelers honorary co-captains will be announced closer to the event date.
