Downtown Open House Tour Celebrates City Living
The event features close to a dozen urban residences for sale in the heart of Pittsburgh.
Those harboring a desire to live Downtown will have an opportunity to experience city living with an open house event taking place this weekend.
Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty is hosting a Downtown Co-Broker Open House from 12 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 13. The event will feature 10 different residential properties for sale in Downtown’s Golden Triangle.
“Downtown Pittsburgh is more than a place to live, it’s a lifestyle,” says Racheallee Lacek, advisor at Piatt Sotheby’s International Realty. “With its rich cultural amenities, thriving business district and stunning architecture, it’s the perfect setting for professionals, families and anyone who values the energy and convenience of an urban neighborhood.”
Lacek says the event is designed to showcase what it’s like to live Downtown. Attendees will have the opportunity to tour everything from sleek high-rise condominiums with skyline views to elegant lofts nestled in cultural corridors.
Among the featured properties are condos for sale inside Piatt Place on 5th Avenue, Gateway Towers on Fort Duquesne Boulevard, The Carlyle on 4th Avenue, the Fairmont Residences on Market Street and the Lumiere building on Oliver Street.
Lacek calls Downtown one of the most desirable neighborhoods for homeowners who want to live, work and play in the same community. Her hope is the event gives attendees a taste of what it’s like to live in the heart of the city.
“The convenience of walking to work, the accessibility of world-class dining and entertainment, and the sense of community that comes with being at the heart of the city are all compelling reasons to consider a Downtown residence,” she says.
She adds that the co-broker open house is a collaborative effort to bring together a network of real estate professionals in order to reach a wider audience of qualified buyers who may not have been exposed to these properties otherwise.
“I am a firm believer in the potential of Downtown Pittsburgh and always have,” she says. “By co-hosting this event with my colleagues, I hope to shine a light on the incredible opportunities that exist here.”
