Chelsea Zahn
Corporate Partnership Sales Manager, Pittsburgh Steelers

In her role with the Steelers, Chelsea Zahn is responsible for developing partnerships with businesses that are looking to connect with Steelers Nation.

Zahn is one of only seven women in this role across the NFL. Her personal life runs parallel — all in the spirit of her determination to “make the Pittsburgh region an amazing place.”

She connects females to the sport of football through Women of Steel (celebrating the millions of diehard female Pittsburgh Steelers fans) and mentors female-owned businesses via the Women of Steel Small Business Spotlight program, powered by PNC.

Outside of work, she is a mentor with Big Siblings, associated with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh, an initiative to support youth mentorship in the LGBTQIA+ community.

Zahn sets an example for young professionals to get involved with what appeals to them most. She previously played on the Pittsburgh Passion women’s football team and was a past Leadership Pittsburgh Development Initiative participant.
