Dan Law works to make Pittsburgh look good.
As the associate director of The Andy Warhol Museum, Law oversees all aspects of The Pop District, a $65 million initiative bringing public art to the North Shore, a youth-focused workforce development platform and a new campus with a 50,000-square-foot live concert and event venue.
“My focus is on establishing a strong culture and inspiring a group of talented people to build something that has never been built before,” he says.
The former producer of the Thrival Innovation + Music Festival, Law recently completed six years of board service for the Women & Girls Foundation of Southwestern Pennsylvania and has been an advisor for Open Field for nearly 10 years.
He’s also a co-founder and chairman of the nonprofit Partnership to Advance Responsible Technology. “I think that what is expected of us as people and citizens goes far beyond just what we do for a living,” he says.
