After starting at PNC Bank as staff counsel in 2016, Jazmine Grant worked her way up the ranks through promotions to serve as senior counsel.

“One of my goals is to identify processes that can be better managed and provide a more favorable experience for our customer,” she says.

Outside of work, Grant is passionate about helping others through mentoring, nonprofit work and pro bono work for various organizations.

She supports PNC’s legal internship program where she mentors participants each summer, is vice chair of the board of directors for Pennsylvania Women Work, and sits on the board of directors for Bethany Community Ministries.

“Through life I’ve always been inspired by people volunteering time or resources — I like to pay that forward and do the same thing,” she says.
