Keynote Speaker: Patrice Matamoros, President, Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania

Topic: Lead your way: Practical Strategies for Women to Grow and Succeed.  

About Patrice: As President of Junior Achievement of Western Pennsylvania, Patrice Matamoros is dedicated to expanding educational opportunities that prepare young people for success. Since stepping into the role in 2020, she has led a transformation of the organization—driving 35% growth, modernizing programs, and strengthening JA’s focus on financial literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship. She is currently advancing plans for expanded hands-on learning experiences, including a future experiential learning center for local students.

Prior to JA, Patrice was the founding CEO of P3R, growing the organization from the ground up into a $5 million operation and bringing nationally recognized athletic events to Pittsburgh. Originally from Montana, she is a three-time state cross-country champion and holds a degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, travel, and spending time with her three children.
