Who picks your best restaurants?

I field this question more than any other. My long-winded answer usually includes a description of our annual Readers’ Poll and Restaurant Review Panel. That’s when I get the second most-asked question: “How can I join the panel?”

People just love to talk about restaurants. They love to critique restaurants. And they love to read about them.
