Where Do Western Pa. Colleges Rank Among The Best?

A national magazine is out with its annual best college rankings, and once again, western Pennsylvania is well-represented.

U.S. News and World report's annual ranking of Best Colleges is out, and a number of Pittsburgh-area schools are on the list. The magazine bases its rankings on data from more than 1,800 schools with first-year retention, graduation rates and undergraduate academic reputation carrying the most weight. Here's how local colleges and universities fared this year:
