Roethlisberger Aims to Open New Pittsburgh Area Restaurant
The Steelers quarterback is hoping to find a location for the eatery in the North Hills.

Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is planning to follow in the footsteps of former teammate Jerome Bettis by getting into the restaurant business in Pittsburgh.
Roethlisberger, an investor in King Street Grille, a South Carolina group of sports bars and restaurants, wants to open a Pittsburgh location.
“Our focus is primarily in the North Hills for the first location; however, we our reviewing the marketplace,” said Terri Sokoloff, president of Specialty Bar & Restaurant Brokers, which is conducting the search. “We’re very excited to be working with King Street Grille on its expansion into Pennsylvania. The timing couldn’t be better.”
The restaurant will also serve as a location for Ben Roethlisberger Foundation events.
Roethlisberger and several of his teammates have homes in the North Hills area.
