The premise of a convenience store is that it carries a wide variety of items and is open at all hours of the day and night. goPuff takes it one step further, by offering home delivery.

GoPuff, which began service in a number of Pittsburgh neighborhoods this month, promises to bring anything from munchies and grocery items to electronics and home goods to your door in 30 minutes or less. The service operates from noon until 4:30 a.m. daily. The company’s ad campaign is clearly aimed at college students and millennials.

Customers can order products on mobile apps or the goPuff website. If you fill your cart with at least $49 worth of goods, delivery is free. If not, there’s a flat rate charge of $1.95.

The company stocks about 3,000 items in its Oakland warehouse and delivers within about a 6.5- mile radius. (see map above)

Founded in Philadelphia in 2013, goPuff now operates in 15 cities including Austin, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia and State College.

To order, visit gopuff.com or download the goPuff app from the App Store or the Google Play store.
