Pittsburgh Native Joe Manganiello to Star in New Batman Movie

Manganiello will play a deadly assassin opposite Ben Affleck as the Caped Crusader.

Mt. Lebanon’s Joe Manganiello will be the bad guy in the next Batman movie, portraying the assassin Deathstroke.

Manganiello confirmed the casting after an article appeared in the Wall Street Journal.
 

Ben Affleck will star as the Caped Crusader and direct the film. He recently shared a video of Manganiello in his Deathstroke costume.
 

The movie is expected in theaters sometime in 2018, although no release date has been set.
