Pittsburgh-Area Native Advances to Next Round on ‘The Voice’

Thanks to a slew of viewer votes and iTunes downloads, Ross Township native Chris Jamison advanced into the top 10 Tuesday night on NBC’s “The Voice.”

Jamison performed “Jealous” by Nick Jonas on Monday's live show.

The results of the voting were revealed last night.

From here on out, two more contestants will be eliminated each week. The eventual winner will receive a recording contract.

Jamison took the semester off from Capital University, near Columbus, Ohio, where he is a marketing major, in order to compete.
