Who goes to Presque Isle State Park in the dead of winter? Its Lake Erie beaches are usually deserted. But when the sun came out Sunday and there was a hint of temperatures above freezing, hundreds of people returned to venture onto frozen Presque Isle Bay or explore wave dunes along the lake.
