Nicole Kay Pearson and Nicholas John Koseski
July 11, 2009
Jerry and Carol Pearson, and Gary and Sue Koseski
Tracy Cox joined the couple in marriage at Ingomar United Methodist Church (1501 W. Ingomar Road, Franklin Park; 412/364-3613, ingomarumc.org). Molly’s Trolleys (3046 Penn Ave., Strip District; 412/281-2085, mollystrolleys.com) transported the wedding party to the evening’s festivities at Twelve Oaks Mansion.
A windy day made for a blustery wedding photo shoot on a hilltop at the reception site, Twelve Oaks Mansion (160 Scharberry Lane, Mars; 724/625-2343, twelveoaksmansion.com). There, the 165 guests dined on passed hors d’oeuvres, beef Wellington and chicken scallopine, catered by Twelve Oaks, as they celebrated the union of Nicole and Nick. At the end of the night, guests took home miniature bottles of Heinz ketchup and mustard, a nod to the bride’s father, who works for the company.
Reed & Petals Florists (10339 Perry Highway, Wexford; 724/940-2200, reedandpetals.com) created a hand-tied bouquet for the bride made of roses, framed with hosta and bound in satin ribbon.

On the Bride
Nicole wore a gown made of re-embroidered lace purchased at Bridal Beginning (450 Cochran Road, Mount Lebanon; 412/343-6677, bridalbeginning.com). Everyone had her hair done at Salon Bella Rae (11883 Perry Highway, Wexford; 724/934-4722).
On the Groom
The men were outfitted by the Men’s Wearhouse (multiple locations; 800/776-7848, menswearhouse.com).
Alternating layers of chocolate cake with vanilla frosting and almond cake with chocolate frosting were decorated with buttercream and Swiss dots by the kitchen at Twelve Oaks Mansion.
