Reception
A windy day made for a blustery wedding photo shoot on a hilltop at the reception site, Twelve Oaks Mansion (160 Scharberry Lane, Mars; 724/625-2343, twelveoaksmansion.com). There, the 165 guests dined on passed hors d’oeuvres, beef Wellington and chicken scallopine, catered by Twelve Oaks, as they celebrated the union of Nicole and Nick. At the end of the night, guests took home miniature bottles of Heinz ketchup and mustard, a nod to the bride’s father, who works for the company.
