Not satisfied in changing how we watch TV, Netflix is working on aspects of what we want and need while our show is on.

The streaming service has been working with the Pittsburgh-based agency Deeplocal to create several do-it-yourself inventions. Never heard of Deeplocal? The company describes itself as “kind of like an advertising agency, but with aerospace engineers, a CNC router, table saws, and a lot of background noise on our conference calls.”

Socks that Pause Your Show If You Fall Asleep
