Nothing makes me happier than the concept of healthy food going mainstream. When Eat'n Park Hospitality Group opened Hello Bistro, it changed the made-to-order game and gave us salads that don’t have to be the same thing every single day. The evolution of fast food is happening slowly, and efforts like this pave the way.
Now Eat'n Park is bringing juices and smoothies to the mainstream with Delicious Raw. The juice bar is located next to the Hello Bistro on Forbes Avenue at Wood Street. In one stop, you can get a loaded salad and a juice — giving you a power-packed healthy lunch that you have every right to feel good about.

Delicious Raw puts about 2 pounds of fruit and vegetables in every 16-ounce glass of juice. Imagine all those nutrients coursing through your body. I feel amazing just thinking about it! AND — I know I have to say this now, but soon you will know for yourself — THEY ARE DELICIOUS!
The offerings at Delicious Raw are nothing short of fantastic—with a price point that is more accessible than current options in the city. Juices and smoothies cost $2-$3 less than what is available in the region.
Delicious Raw makes juices when you order, or you can get to-go bottles of cold-pressed juice. All juices are, as the brand says, raw — ensuring that the most nutrients are preserved. Smoothies are made to order as well; plus there are wellness bowl options that are unbelievable.

Juices at Delicious Raw include only whole fruit and vegetables, and they are never too sweet. Smoothies and bowls are sweetened with dates — no processed sugars here.
You also can order shots and supplements — and I am looking forward to hearing people say “blue-green algae” and “guarana” like they were the most ordinary things in the world to put in drinks. That may be an exaggeration, but hey, if the company that made the Smiley cookie an inextricable part of our local culture is marketing camu-camu and aloe, I am looking forward to these becoming more familiar to everyone.

So how to start ordering at Delicious Raw? For juices, the Rawsome — made with kale, apples, cucumbers and more — is the best gateway green juice. For kids (and some adults!), the Watermelon Hydrator is what will be the best source of juice epiphany.
Smoothies are easier — a lot more of us make these at home. Perhaps try the Green Machine or the Nut-torious to see how vegetables and protein boosts smoothies and makes them yummier.

The bowls! Don’t even get me started. Ditch the bagel you normally grab for your quick breakfast. These wellness bowls are so good that you’d think they were dessert. The Super Bowl — with acai, kale, banana, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, matcha, hemp oil, almond milk and dates — is topped with fruit and crunchy granola. It's impossibly good. And yes, Delicious Raw has chia pudding!
Can you hear me jumping up and down in this post? It's really hard to control my nerdy excitement here, folks.
Without waiting any longer, head over to Delicious Raw. You’ll be hooked after that, I guarantee you. And I can’t think of anything better to get hooked on.
