Now that Thanksgiving is over, it's time to purchase tickets to Pittsburgh Mercy's annual Reindeer Ball, when proceeds go toward creating community-based programming for children and adolescents.

On Sunday, Dec. 4, you can attend the ball and experience the holiday with some beloved characters such as Curious George and Pokey Little Puppy. New York City-based entertainment company RWS & Associates will also perform a rendition of “Alice in Winterland.”

All of this leads up to the main event — Santa’s arrival.

The gala, held at the Westin Convention Center Pittsburgh Hotel, has raised $970,000 for Pittsburgh Mercy child and adolescent programs over the last 13 years and last year drew up to 500 attendees.

Tickets for the annual Reindeer Ball are $100 per adult and $50 per child and can be purchased on Pittsburgh Mercy’s website.
