Doggone It: Yappy Holidays at the Ace Hotel
The boutique hotel is hosting a “howliday” market for four-legged friends and their humans. Plus, get the scoop on Anemoia Vintage’s pop-up shop.
The Ace Hotel is going to the dogs, and we mean that quite literally.
From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 18, the trendy boutique hotel in East liberty will host a “Yappy Holidays” market for pets and their owners in The Gym, aka the venue's multipurpose event and activity space.
The gathering includes a brunch for people and pups, photos with Santa “Paws,” paw painting and dog ornaments, plus shopping for you and your furry sidekick from pet-related gift vendors.
In addition to the Ace Hotel Pittsburgh, The Animal Rescue League Shelter & Wildlife Center, Western PA Humane Society, Camp Bow Wow Highland Park and Petagogy are presenting the event.
A $5 donation is suggested. A portion of the proceeds goes to benefit The Animal Rescue League Shelter & Wildlife Center.

Pop Up and Shop

From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, Anemoia Vintage is taking over the hotel’s Gym and Ballroom for a holiday vintage and handmade pop-up shop.
The free event includes vintage dresses, handmade jewelry, bespoke bowties and more from more than 30 curated vendors.
Bonus: the hotel will have its famous Bloody Mary drinks available while you shop.
