CEREMONY & RECEPTION
Alisa and Stephen were married at Tara-A Country Inn (2844 Lake Road, Clark, Mercer County; 724/962-3535, tara-inn.com). The historic home, now a bed-and-breakfast, served as the backdrop for an outdoor ceremony officiated by the Rev. Richard Nero and the Rev. Dominick Cestrone. For the reception, guests moved indoors to the Old South Armory Room, which is decorated with antique swords and guns on display in cases. The newlyweds and many of their guests enjoyed staying at Tara during the wedding weekend.
Florist Tom Penwell (Special Arrangements; 724/652-1511) used the best that autumn has to offer. The bride’s bouquet featured mini calla lilies in rich fall hues. The Inn provided pumpkins, mums and other fall flowers in autumn colors to add to the already-scenic view.

ON THE BRIDE
Alisa wore a gown with lace and beading purchased at Brides by Demetrios (813 Boardman-Poland Road, Youngstown, Ohio; 330/729-0040). The gown came strapless, but the bride ordered extra lace to add sleeves for a more vintage look.
ON THE GROOM
Stephen’s traditional black-and-ivory tux came from the Men’s Warehouse (multiple locations; 800/776-7848, menswarehouse.com).
Cake Creations, Etc. (4161 Market St., Youngstown, Ohio; 330/788-8240, cakecreationsetc.com) created a beautiful fondant-draped cake with fresh flowers and gold-accented icing.
A string trio of chamber musicians played for the ceremony (contact Tatyana Swanson; 412/427-1499, chambermusicians.com), while DJ Freddie Farone (724/657-8809) provided lively entertainment for the reception.
