Keelo is a three-year-old sweetheart with a heart full of love just waiting to bloom. She came to us as a transfer from another organization and has been on a beautiful journey of building up her confidence. While she started off a little shy, she has made great strides thanks to the patience and support of our staff and volunteers.

Keelo is a gentle soul who loves the simple pleasures in life. Car rides with the windows cracked so she can feel the breeze on her face. Long, sniff-filled walks where she can explore the world at her own pace and a quiet time to unwind with her favorite chew.

She would thrive in a calm environment, with children 13 years and older who respect her space. She would do best as the only pet in her future home. Her loyalty runs deep, and her affection is incredibly rewarding for those who tale the time to earn her trust.

She is looking for a dog-savvy, patient adopter who understands her need for a slow introduction and a peaceful, structured home.
