He’ll always be “Black and Yellow” at his core, but rapper Wiz Khalifa is selling his secluded Washington County home.

In October, the Pittsburgh native, who attended Pittsburgh Allderdice High School, listed the impressive manse in Cecil Township, which features dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, Brazilian Koa hardwood floor and a gourmet kitchen, for $1.29 million.

Located on 2.8 wooded acres along Virginia Lane, the contemporary five-bedroom, 3½- bathroom home, which spans 4,400 square feet, also has radiant heated floors, concrete walls and commercial-grade finishes.

In the separate guest house is another full bathroom, plus a flexible space that could be used as an office, gym or music studio. Outside, there’s an aggregate patio overlooking a private stone patio, plus a very Wiz-esque fire pit that’s topped with a marijuana leaf emblem; Wiz is owner of the Khalifa Kush brand of medical marijuana products.

The property is listed by Realtor Dustin Hook of RE MAX Select Realty, who also handled the transaction when Wiz bought the property for $900,000 back in 2012.

“30 Virginia Lane is truly a one-of-a-kind property unique to traditional Pittsburgh real estate and we’re excited to present it to the public for the first time in over 10 years,” Hook says.

As for what it’s like to be inside Wiz’s home base? Hook shared a walk-through of the house on his Instagram page

“You know, if you say black and yellow three times in a row, you just might end up in the coolest house in Pittsburgh,” Hook says in the reel as “Black and Yellow” plays in the background.

Built in 2008, the house is located in the Canon-McMillan School District. The estimated mortgage at current interest rates is $8,414 per month.
