2026 40 Under 40 Honoree: William Dzombak (38)
“I believe there isn't one day or one thing that can change anything overnight. I believe it’s the culmination of just constantly trying things and networking.”
William Dzombak
Co-Founder/CEO Taylor Gang
It was as a student at Penn State University that Will Dzombak began dipping his toes in music management. He co-founded an indie events company, Nittany Booking, and fortuitously helped book a show for a then up-and-coming rapper, Wiz Khalifa.
The two began working together, eventually founding Taylor Gang Entertainment, where Dzombak today serves as co-founder and co-CEO.
As Taylor Gang grew, Dzombak moved to Los Angeles to continue building a successful career in the music industry. He later returned to his hometown of Pittsburgh with the hopes of founding a better creative ecosystem to support local artists and musicians.
Mentorship is important to Dzombak; working in the music industry for almost two decades, he spends time educating aspiring artists, such as country act Redferrin, on how to be successful in the business.
He also works with the Hear Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to creating a safe and thriving community.
