2022 40 Under 40 Honoree: Noah R. Jordan
“I feel an obligation to take the natural skills and opportunities I’ve been given to try to help others — and make the kind of community that I would want to live in and want future generations to be a part of.”

Partner, Rothman Gordon, P.C.
As part of his job representing union clients, Noah Jordan’s goal is to help make things a little fairer for people in the workplace.
“I think that when it comes to the American workplace, things are stacked against working people, especially from a legal standpoint,” the third generation labor lawyer says. “There are so many advantages for employers, and I think it should be the other way around.”
A Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch and a Super Lawyers’ Rising Star, Jordan mentors and helps new lawyers discover their own paths while also giving back to his community by serving on various boards and committees, including the Jewish Family and Community Services of Pittsburgh and the advisory committee for The Center for Loving Kindness and Civic Engagement.
