Sidney Crosby already has two gold Olympic medals — can he earn a third this year?

The Pittsburgh Penguins center was named Team Canada’s captain for a second time. He first held the honor at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia, where he led the Canadian team to a gold medal. His first gold medal was secured at the 2010 Winter Olympics, which took place in his home country of Canada.

The team faces Czechia this Thursday in the Men’s Preliminary Round – Group A, followed by matches against Switzerland and France.
