From a popular upscale women’s brand to a cafe that combines baked goods with banking, a number of national retailers are set to make their Western Pennsylvania debut in 2025.

Aritzia, Tecovas, Carhartt and Unsubscribed are among the new concepts slated to set up shop at Ross Park Mall. Other first-to-market locations include the Capital One 360 Café, a financial services center that mixes banking with a café experience, and Garage, a causal, denim-focused women’s brand.

“Ross Park Mall continues to be the premier luxury shopping destination, and these new additions reflect our dedication to bringing Pittsburgh an elevated and unique retail environment,” says Lisa Earl, general manager at Ross Park Mall, which is part of the Simon Property Group. “With each new addition, we’re curating a space that blends innovation and style.”

Here’s a closer look at what —and when — shoppers can expect to find among the mall’s new offerings.

  • Aritzia: Known for its stylish clothing and accessories ranging from jackets and coats to sweaters and dresses, Aritzia will open in the fall on the lower level of Ross Park Mall, near Alo Yoga.
  • Carhartt: Specializing in men’s, women’s and children’s apparel, as well as accessories and licensed footwear, Carhartt is set to open in the summer on the lower level near Macy’s. There’s another location at The Waterfront in West Homestead.
  • Capital One 360 Café: Opening in the fall on the upper level near Macy’s, the new concept is a financial services center that combines banking with a café experience. In addition to offering a full range of financial services, the café will feature a selection of food, beverages and baked goods.
  • Unsubscribed: An upscale retail concept featuring a curated selection of fashion-forward women’s apparel, shoes and accessories, Unsubscribed is set to open sometime this year on the lower level near Center Court.
  • Plaza Azteca: Founded by two Jalisco, Mexico natives, Plaza Azteca, which has several Pittsburgh-area locations, combines traditional flavors with a Tex-Mex twist. It’s set to open this winter.
  • Garage: Renowned for its emphasis on denim, everyday essentials and trendsetting fashion, Garage will open in the fall on the upper level near Nordstrom.
  • Tecovas: Set to open in the summer, Tecovas sells handmade western boots and accessories. Located on the lower level near H&M, the store will feature a wide range of branded western boots, hats and apparel.
  • State & Liberty: Opening late in the summer on the lower level near DICK’S House of Sport, State & Liberty offers a selection of athletic-fit menswear crafted from performance fabrics, including athletic-fit dress shirts, stretch suits, performance fabric dress pants, jeans and accessories.
  • Allen Edmonds: Also opening late in the summer on the lower level near DICK’S House of Sport, Allen Edmonds specializes in hand-crafted men’s dress and casual shoes, including boots, sneakers and loafers.
