Pittsburgh Pet of the Week: Nazgul, a Domestic Shorthair Looking for Her Forever Home
Her adoption donation at Animal Friends has been underwritten.
Breed: Domestic Shorthair
Sex: Female
Age: 8 years old
Weight: 7.3 pounds
Meet Nazgul!
She is an adorable 8-year-old, who came to us when her owner was no longer able to care for her. This sweet girl currently resides in our Welcome Center where she is surrounded by towers to climb, windows to gaze out of and many cat toys to entertain her. Yet, she is still lonely. Each time she sees a passersby, she runs to the door just hoping they will come in to give her love and attention! Nazgul is a very affectionate kitty that just wants to go home with someone she can love. Could that someone be you? Nazgul does have chronic URI’s, which means her nose can get sniffly every now and then. Our adoption counselors will discuss the details when you come for your visit.
Nazgul is also one of Yana’s Special Felines which means her requested adoption donation has been underwritten and she will be sent home with an individualized starter kit of supplies and other support based on her unique needs.

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our animals in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
