The state-owned park and other venues will be given to the NFL for free for the April 23-25 draft that will draw hundreds of thousands of fans to Pittsburgh.
Festivities will be held along North Shore Riverfront Park, in parking lots near Acrisure Stadium and in Point State Park, records show.

An anticipated $11 million fund will help put on the event that could bring as many as 775,000 fans to the Steel City over three days in 2026.
