Pittsburgh International Airport’s annual auction turns old or left-behind items into the public’s treasure, selling off lost-and-found merchandise, decommissioned vehicles and used airport maintenance equipment.

This year, there are more than 1,000 items available to bid on, ranging from dozens of iPhones and laptops to wheelchairs and strollers.

The airport, which hosts the auction in collaboration with Joe R. Pyle Complete Auction and Realty Service, highlights several high-end brands available this year, including Cartier, Louis Vuitton and PlayStation.

Interested bidders are invited to view the items in person on Friday, Oct. 24, from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Joe R. Pyle warehouse, 1490 W. Chestnut St., Washington, PA 15301.

Also on Oct. 24 from 1 to 5 p.m., the public can come see the used equipment at Pittsburgh International Airport’s Heavy Equipment Building. This includes snowplows, pickup trucks and Ford Explorer Interceptors.

The bidding however, takes place online only at Joe R. Pyle Auction’s website, and ends on Oct. 27 at 5 p.m. All sales on auction items are final.

A 15% buyer’s premium is placed on all winning bid purchases. Items can be paid for in cash, credit cards or checks payable to Joe R. Pyle Complete Auction and Realty Service.

All payments, including any taxes and fees for items, must be made in full before they are picked up.

There’s still time to make the highest bid and get your hands on these luxury–and not so luxury – items.
