Whiskey lovers are in for a treat.

Wigle Whiskey announced it will be releasing a special edition bottled cocktail called Pittsburgh Is On The Clock. Crafted as a bourbon old-fashioned, the limited-release drink was created to “celebrate the energy, pride and anticipation surrounding the NFL Draft,” according to a press release. It is out on shelves as of April 14.

In a statement, Alex Moser, COO at Wigle Whiskey, says the release is all about Pittsburgh pride.

“With the Draft bringing fans together and putting the city in the national spotlight, we wanted to create something commemorative that feels celebratory, bold and unmistakably local,” Moser says.

Its name is a nod to the unveiling of the official 2026 NFL Draft Countdown Clock, a two-sided digital clock on the North Sure Great Lawn that has been ticking toward the Draft for almost a year.

“This clock is more than just a timekeeper. It’s a symbol of the hard work ahead as we prepare to welcome the NFL, prospects and fans from around the world,” Jerad Bachar, president and CEO of VisitPITTSBURGH, said in a statement last year.

The cocktail will blend Wigle’s signature bourbon with bitters and a touch of sweetness to deliver what the company calls “a ready-to-pour experience that captures the spirit of game day in every sip.”

Pittsburgh Is On The Clock joins Wigle’s extensive lineup of ready-to-drink cocktails, which includes the Surely Shirly, a Dirty Shirley cocktail made with vodka, grenadine and lemon-lime soda bubbles; the Ginger Up, with bourbon, ginger ale and orange bitters; and the Back Nine, which contains black tea, bourbon and Meyer lemon.

It will be available for a limited time at all Wigle Whiskey locations throughout the 2026 NFL Draft, including its Strip District Bottle Shop, its Ross Park Mall Bottle Shop and a new pop-up store outside of PNC Park at Wigle North Shore. The new pop-up will be open from April 22 through April 26.
