Gandalf and Galadriel are 7-year-old lionhead mixes that came to Animal Friends after their previous owner could no longer care for them. Though they both take some time to warm up to new friends, once they are comfortable they enjoy gentle pets. Galadriel tends to be more outgoing than Gandalf, and he looks to her for reassurance. They very much enjoy hiding and sitting in boxes. Galadriel is very bonded to Gandalf and they need to go home as a pair. They seem to be more comfortable in quiet, calm environments so would do best in a more settled home.

Each of our bunny residents has received a thorough medical examination, microchip and is spayed or neutered.

Animal Friends is located at 562 Camp Horne Road, Pittsburgh, 15237. Hours are Monday-Friday from 11a.m. to 7 p.m., or Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Please read our adoption guidelines and start your application before coming to meet one of our animals in person. A typical adoption can take up to an hour. Please visit at least one hour before closing if you plan to adopt that day.
