2024 40 Under 40 Honoree: Jackson Elizondo (32)
"Everywhere I’ve gone I’ve felt like the best way to make a place your home is to get involved in the community."
Jackson Elizondo
Wealth Manager, Confluence Financial Partners
Jackson Elizondo’s parents instilled in him that no matter how much you do or do not have, you can always give back.
Elizondo moved to Pittsburgh in 2019 and has been trying to make the city a better place ever since. He serves on the board of directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western PA and The Malone Family Foundation and is also in the Air Force Reserves as the Military Personnel Flight Commander at the 911th Airlift Wing.
He thinks leading by example is incredibly important and hopes to continue to motivate and inspire everyone to give back to some degree. Elizondo also graduated from the Leadership Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative Class XXX and hosts monthly alumni events supporting local charities. “I don’t want anyone to think that I could have been more involved in a space that I care a lot about,” he says.
