Ceremony and Reception
The Bannons held their ceremony and reception at Bella Sera (414 Morganza Road, Canonsburg; 724/745-5575, bellaserapittsburgh.com). The beautiful ceremony was officiated by Larry Goyda (412/271-7464, meaningfulmarriages.com) in front of Bella Sera’s dramatic, rustic fireplace. The catering team at Bella Sera whipped up a menu including beef tenderloin, chicken saltimbocca, shrimp and chicken skewers, Mediterranean tapas, and other delicious appetizers.
Lilli Maeg Floral Specialities (724/926-4010, lilli-maeg.com) created bouquets and arrangements using a fresh, lively and lush garden theme. They wove in peonies, orchids, roses, hydrangeas, tulips, freesia, ferns, lavender, and even curly willow branches with hanging votives to add drama to the table arrangements. The bride and groom planted two hydrangea plants from the wedding, which will continue growing throughout their lives together.

On the Bride
Nikki wore a strapless gown of silk floral jacquard adorned with rhinestones, crystal beading and sequins from Alfred Angelo (multiple locations, 866/826-4356, alfredangelo.com).
On the Groom
Brad’s traditional tux was rented from American Commodore Tuxedo (multiple locations; 800/225-5889, actux.com).
Nikki and Brad went slightly untraditional with a selection of cupcakes from Vanilla Pastry Studio (6014 Penn Circle St., East Liberty; 412/361-2306, vanillapastry.com). They made sure to include devil’s food—a favorite of one of their grandmothers—in addition to other sweet cupcake combinations: vanilla with caramel buttercream icing along with chocolate cupcakes topped with peanut butter icing.
DJ Jeremy Ganss (814/221-0737, jeremyganss.com) helped the couple and their guests live, laugh, love and dance the night away.
