8th Annual Head for the Cure 5K – Pittsburgh: The Head for the Cure 5K is a walk/run to raise awareness, funds, and hope for the brain tumor community. Funds raised from this event will benefit crucial brain tumor research efforts at UPMC Hillman Cancer Center and other national brain tumor initiatives. This event is so much more than a race, it is a day of celebration! The event will feature music, free breakfast (yes, for volunteers too!), a kid’s zone, and much more!
